the bags shapes/sizes of melts will vary , they may be a mix in each bag
for example you may get 100g of small shaped melts, you may get 2 snap bars, you may get 1 bar and some shapes, or broken bars/shapes, but whatever happens you will get 100g of your chosen scent, that's right , you get to choose your on scent as well !

We use DPD 24Hr for sending all parcels, except for any Offshore & Highland deliveries where we will use a different tracked servce.
We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Our turnaround time is up to 5 working days.
Our products are handmade, we are a small business and can’t keep all products in stock. Most orders ar shipped within 2 days, but during busy times it can take up to 5 working days to leave us. (Working days do not include bank holiday or weekends.)
If you’d like a more accurate timescale, contact us before ordering and we’ll be more than happy to check stock and give you a better timeframe.
