Why sizzlers, not wax melts

Easier to swap out: no melted wax to scrape, just tip the cool granules in the bin and refill.
Less mess: the crystals stay solid the whole time, they never turn liquid.
Stronger initial scent throw than a snap bar.
Faster burn: they release fragrance more quickly, so they do not last as long as a wax melt. Great for a quick freshen-up of a room.

How to use

Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons in the bowl of a clean, dry tea-light or electric burner. Pour in as much as you like; more crystals = stronger scent for a shorter time.
If using a tea-light burner, only use a standard 4-hour unscented tea-light. 8-hour tea-lights run too hot and can scorch the fragrance.
Never add water: the granules are salt-based and water will dissolve them.
Replace the crystals once the colour fades to pale or white, or when you can no longer smell them. Wait until the burner is fully cool, tip the spent granules in the bin and refill.

Returns information

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product's packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

Our products are handmade, we are a small business and can't keep all products in stock. Most orders are shipped within 2 days, but during busy times it can take up to 5 working days to leave us. (Working days do not include bank holiday or weekends.)

How are Sizzlers different from a wax melt?

A wax melt is a chunk of wax that you melt in a burner. A Sizzler is a porous fragrance crystal that releases scent up to three times longer with less product. You pour a teaspoon or so into your burner, the crystals release their scent, and the rest stays fresh in the resealable pouch.

How long does one pouch last?

Each 100g pouch gives you roughly 25 to 40 burns depending on burner type and how generously you pour. That's typically four to six weeks of every-evening use.

Do I need a special burner?

No. Any wax melt burner works — electric, plug-in, or tealight. We also sell our own burners on the site if you don't have one.

Can I really mix and match scents?

Yes. Each bundle tier lets you pick any combination across all eighteen scents. You can fill a 15-Pack entirely with one favourite, or spread it across as many scents as you like.

Are the designer-inspired scents the real fragrances?

No. Our scents are independently created and inspired by iconic designer fragrances. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of the brands mentioned. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
