If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Our turnaround time is up to 5 working days.
Our products are handmade, we are a small business and can’t keep all products in stock. Most orders ar shipped within 2 days, but during busy times it can take up to 5 working days to leave us. (Working days do not include bank holiday or weekends.)

Frosted Crystal Touch Electric Burner
Lovely burner, and the 3 light settings are great! I prefer the lowest setting for the lighting at night , as it's really cosy, but that doesn't generate as much heat, so you don't get as much smell from the wax melt. The higher the heat, the stronger the smell lol. It's good value for money, especially at the discounted price !
