- We are unable to guarantee that our Northumberland Candy Pouches are completley free from allergens.
- We can provide a list of ingredients for individual sweets on request.
- We are mindful of the seriousness of nut allergies, we do not manufacture our products so can not guarantee they are free from or have traces of nuts/nut oils.

We use DPD 24Hr for sending all parcels, except for any Offshore & Highland deliveries where we will use a different tracked servce.
We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Our turnaround time is up to 5 working days.
Our products are handmade, we are a small business and can’t keep all products in stock. Most orders ar shipped within 2 days, but during busy times it can take up to 5 working days to leave us. (Working days do not include bank holiday or weekends.)
